Alison P. Cullen


Alison P. Cullen has defended corporate and municipal clients against claims involving employment discrimination and harassment, First Amendment violations, premises liability, police liability, personal injury, construction accidents, and general liability actions.  She has engaged in appellate litigation and pro-bono work.

In law school, Ms. Cullen wrote for the International Law Journal and was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for her research of best practices for the introduction of cellular and Internet services to Myanmar.  She studied the intersection of neuroscience and the law with a focus on the effects of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) on motor vehicle accident victims.  After graduation, Ms. Cullen earned a Public Interest Fellowship and served on the Organized Crime Task Force for the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York.
